COVID-19 PROBLEM SOLVING
Franchisee location Taco Casa Midlothian was struggling for top-of-mind awareness in small-town Midlothian, TX after lockdown sequestered them from their heavily-dine in crowd.

To supplement the usual strategy of tablet-based data capture by bolstering drive-thru opt-ins, I implemented drive-thru Drop-Ins, an inexpensive method of promotion easily replenishable on-site. The result was a 62% increase in weekly opt-ins with a retention increase of almost 150%.
